Christmas at the Castle ticket terms and conditions.

Essential information for all spectator ticket holders. Please read carefully.

· E-tickets purchased in advance have been issued to you for the event by Gigantic, our ticketing partner, on behalf of Nottingham City Council (the Promoter). You will need to download tickets to your smart device prior to entry.

· Each person attending must have a valid ticket.

· Your entry to the event constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

· This ticket is not transferable. If you attempt to re-sell it near the venue or on any secondary ticketing or auction website or use it as a part of any un-authorised promotional activity, tickets will become invalid.

· The Promoter or Venue reserves the right to refuse entry and will do so if you are under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance, or for any other reason at our discretion.

· Venue pass-outs will not be permitted.

· Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged at least 21 years old.

· Tickets are not transferrable between days or events without the express permission of the Promoter.

· Your ticket allows entry to the Nottingham Castle grounds on Friday 11 December or Saturday 12 December for the evening you have booked only.

· The Promoter may search all persons entering the site and any bags. Please note there are no cloakroom or bag check facilities on-site.

· Camping chairs, gazebos, large garden furniture, fireworks, BBQs, flags on poles, sparklers, drones, or other items at the discretion of the Promoter will not be permitted within the venue.

· No food or drink items may be brought into the event except for one 500ml plastic bottle of water per person for personal consumption (no glass). Food and beverage will be on sale at the event.

· This is a smoke-free event.

· Facilities are provided for disabled and people with mobility issues.

· This is an outdoor event, with limited cover in case of heavy rain. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

· In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be offered if alternative events are not available.

· All ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed or recorded by or on behalf of Nottingham City Council and its agents.

· This ticket is issued subject to the terms of our Premises Licence where required.

· Admission to the venue is at your own risk and the Promoter has no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, death or injury to you or your property which is not caused by its negligence.

- Animals, except for assistance dogs, are not permitted.
